A story should not
need permission to exist.

We want access to financing to open beyond academies, large production companies and platform catalogs such as Netflix, Prime Video or HBO. Authors should find a community able to support their films while preserving a point of view of their own.

Any genre. Many voices. No imposed ideological line.

Documentary, fiction, horror, animation or experimental cinema. A proposal is evaluated through its materials, rights and viability; creative freedom is part of the project.

From a community
to a film.

The model connects a concrete financing need with people who choose to accompany a work and assume its risk.

  1. 01

    The project defines its stage

Full development, production, post-production, color, sound or distribution. The team presents dossier, budget, schedule and audiovisual materials.

  2. 02

    The participation has rules

An instrument defines which revenues are shared, each participant’s rights, costs, priorities and terms. The token represents that participation; it does not replace the agreement.

  3. 03

    The community contributes

With an enabled operation, eligible participants could finance through admitted assets, including crypto. The operator would manage funds and disbursements according to the instrument.

  4. 04

    The film reaches screens

Theaters, festivals, platforms, television and international sales. Included revenues are reported and reconciled to calculate distributions.

  5. 05

    Revenue is shared

After costs and priorities, the available amount is settled. The model under study considers capital recovery and surplus participation; it may generate a gain or a loss.

This is the proposed model. The network, instrument and operator scope will be documented before enabling contributions or issuing participations.

Technology in service of the film

Blockchain to
make the link visible.

A shared record can make issuance, participations and registered movements verifiable. Smart contracts can execute programmed rules when the chosen structure includes them.

Revenue from a venue, a license or an international sale happens off-chain. It needs reports and reconciliation: blockchain does not prove by itself how much a film earned.

Decentralizing opportunities also requires transparency about who administers, what can change and how continuity of rights is protected.

The economic path

Returns are born
from the work’s revenue.

The proposed economic link is with a film or a concrete stage and with the revenues established by its instrument.

  1. Participant contributions
  2. Production or distribution
  3. Exhibition and licenses
  4. Available net revenue
  5. Settlement and distribution

If the project generates surplus

After agreed deductions and priorities, participants could recover capital and receive a share of surplus according to their participation.

If revenues are insufficient

Only part of the contribution may be recovered, or all of it may be lost. Artistic success does not ensure commercial success; profitability, timing and token resale are not guaranteed.

The Commons proposes adding crafts, curation, subtitles, outreach and new screens. Effective contribution has its own path, alongside each film’s financing.

Intended operator

213

213 is the operator chosen to accompany CriptoCine’s structuring. The scope of its responsibilities and the operational integration will be documented before contributions are enabled.

Creative freedom.
Clear economic rules.

You can already watch films, consult dossiers and prepare local scenarios. Contributions and token issuance are not enabled yet.

Each operation will require a valid instrument, operator, audiovisual rights, eligibility verification and documented conditions. A token does not automatically grant copyright or control over creative decisions.

Current scenarios are stored in your browser; they do not represent investments or issued participations. Returns and liquidity are not guaranteed.

Can I connect Binance Wallet or another wallet?

Yes. From the financing section you can choose a compatible extension or open the site in the Binance Wallet or Trust Wallet browser. The connection reads address, network and native balance, without asking for signatures or moving funds. Contributions and participation issuance require an enabled operation.

Do I need crypto to watch films?

No. Watching films is independent from financing. You do not need to invest or open a wallet to access the catalog. I Am an Island and Sierra can already be watched in full.

What does decentralized cinema mean?

It is our proposal to open more financing paths and bring authors closer to communities that want to take part. A story can find support without adapting its genre or point of view to an academy, a large producer or a platform catalog. Blockchain can provide verifiable records; rights, management and distribution still need concrete responsible parties.

What does tokenizing a film mean?

It means digitally representing participations defined in a project instrument. A token may evidence an economic right over certain revenues when valid documentation establishes it. It does not by itself grant copyright, ownership of the film or creative control.

How would crypto financing work?

When an operation is enabled, eligible participants could contribute through assets admitted by the operator, including cryptocurrencies if the structure allows it. The instrument would define reception and custody, reference currency, costs, disbursements and returns. The network and assets are not defined yet; today the platform does not receive funds.

How could I earn a return?

A film may generate revenue through exhibition, licenses and distribution sales. After deductions and contractual priorities, the available amount is distributed according to the instrument. The model under study considers capital recovery and participation in surplus. If revenues are insufficient, the contribution may not be recovered.

Can I watch films or invest now?

You can consult the copies of I Am an Island and Sierra, dossiers and stage scenarios. Playback availability is reported in each record. Investment offerings and crypto contributions are not enabled yet. Saved scenarios do not represent payments, issued tokens or economic rights.

Are profit or liquidity guaranteed?

No. Audiovisual investment involves risk, including total loss of capital. There is no guaranteed payment date or resale possibility for a participation.

Are WIP projects or finished films accepted?

Yes. You can submit development, production, post-production, editing, color, sound or distribution for a finished work. Documentation, rights, budget and viability are evaluated without imposing a genre, editorial or ideological line.

Can I submit my film?

Yes. Prepare your proposal with a dossier, teaser, trailer or WIP cut from the financing section. The email opens a conversation with the team; publication and conditions are reviewed for each work.
