One film.
Many ways to make it possible.

The Commons is the community path we propose for CriptoCine: creators, audiences, crafts and screens can accompany a work from the first idea to its encounter with people.

Contribution can be time, knowledge, work, outreach or a financial contribution. Each form needs clear rules and its own recognition.

Two links.
Rules that can be understood.

Film financing and cooperation around it can coexist. Before participating, the project must define which link it offers and which rights or responsibilities it implies.

Economic participation
The instrument for a work would define how capital participates in certain revenues, with its costs, priorities and risk of loss. This path continues in CriptoCine Investment.
Cooperative contribution
The Commons proposal recognizes effective contributions: work, review, subtitling, curation or screenings. Contributing money does not by itself grant a return proportional to capital or buy decision power.

The models still require conditions per work. There is no common fund, issued memberships, approved remuneration or enabled contributions. Knowing or preparing a plan does not establish that link.

This is the path we are preparing. The editable plan describes milestones; the transparency page distinguishes published materials from missing documentation.

  1. Proposal

Dossier, concrete need, budget and milestones. The team explains what it seeks and which materials it can share.

  2. Review

People with different crafts review materials and raise observations. Review and any decision must have scope, responsible parties and deadline.

  3. Tranche financing

The plan identifies deliverables and evidence for each milestone, plus who would verify them before any disbursement.

  4. Open production

Progress and contributions are recorded with the team’s consent. Community conversation accompanies the authors’ gaze.

  5. Exhibition

The work finds venues, film clubs and audiences. Each window needs its own permissions, conditions and revenue reports.

  6. Reporting and distribution

Documenting costs, revenues, the agreed formula and settlements makes the value path traceable.

More participation.
Less concentration.

Community governance is proposed as its own space, separate from capital and from personal catalog affinity.

Decide close to the work
The team and its collaborators agree the scope of each decision. Shared rules need a framework and defined responsible parties.
People and deadlines
A future vote would require people verification, abuse prevention, closing date, quorum and a rule to resolve objections.
Delegation and control
Revocable delegation, concentration limits and several people verifying milestones are design criteria. They are not yet executed as an assembly or treasury.

Current Likes order your selection in this browser. They are not votes, binding decisions or prices.

What is shared
is also documented.

Publishing a formula does not by itself prove a payment. A blockchain record can anchor a document or operation; verifying contracts, deliveries and revenues requires real-world evidence and protection of personal data.
